- 250gr Chicken Breast
- 1 Onions
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 tsp chicken bovril
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Green peppers
- Sesame seeds
- Pizza dough
1. Let the pizza base prove (I usually buy this from bakers in Qormi. Let’s face it there’s no way I’ll get it to taste this good!).
2. Boil the potatoes and slice. Marinate the chicken breast in the chicken flavour bovril, soy sauce and sesame oil. Slice the green pepper and onion thinly.
3. Start filling the pizza base with ingredients to bring it to life. I would start with the chicken. Then add the green peppers, onions and potato slices. If you wish, sprinkle some sesame seeds around the edges, then add oregano and sprinkle the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle some olive oil and in the oven it goes.
4. Bake at pizza setting or at 200C for about 35 minutes. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
