The driver who drove onto a pedestrian area in St. Julian’s was placed under curfew following involuntary murder.

He will be allowed to go out of his house between 8am to 8pm.

The 20-year-old was kept under house arrest but Judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera allowed him to to out between certain hours, after an application was filed by the Attorney General the day after the Court ruling.

The other conditions were not changed.
