WBRU employees find doors to offices forced open

Officers working at the Wild Birds Regulation Unit found that unknown individuals broke into their offices in Santa Venera.

In a statement, the Parliamentary Secretariat for Animal Welfare said that employees at WBRU found the doors of their offices have been forced open, on Tuesday at around 8am.

No one was injured.

A report was filed with the police. An investigation is underway.

The Wild Birds Regulation Unit will remain closed until further notice.
