Tista' taqra bil- Malti.
Three more finalists for of the first edition of Malta’s Got Talent were announced last night during the second live programme of the competition.
The programme saw ten performances ranging from dance, magic, singing and even car stunts.
The Concept of Movement dance troupe once again managed to impress and, after the public vote they moved on to the next phase.
Father and son team JoeMike and Lydon Agius also advanced to the finals. Once again little Lydon stole people’s hearts when he and his father performed another original makjetta (folk song). Although the little boy forgot some lyrics towards the end, they still managed to make it through.
Once again, it was up to judges Ray Attard, Howard Keith Debono, Sarah Zerafa and Maxine Aquilina to decide on the last contestant to go through to the final – this time the choice was between singer-songwriter Emma Cutajar and dancer Ria. Emma once again performed another original song, while Ria danced her heart out. The judges could not come to a decision and so it was put to the public vote… and it was Ria who advanced to the final.
The Malta’s Got Talent semi-finals, presented by Gordon Bonello, continue on Sunday at 9.00 pm on TVM.
