Claudia Inguanez and her two children, 12-year-old Kaya and Lyana (11 in April) are a super-fit family unit.
Claudia use to do gymnastics when she was younger and both Kaya and Lyana have followed in her footsteps; the eldest stopped gymnastics after seven years and is now doing athletics, while the youngest is still at it and part of GymStars Gymnastics Club where Claudia is a co-ordinator.
Since going to gymnastics or athletics lessons is naturally on hold for now, the Inguanez family has decided to dedicate some time to have a dance together in their living room.
“We are trying our best to keep ourselves busy, while bonding with each other and keeping fit doing in-house training,” Claudia said, “We would like to put a smile on people’s faces and motivate them to exercise.”
