Hot on the heels of the Coca-Cola advert, John Lewis and Waitrose have also come out with its annual Christmas advert.
Entitled ‘Give a Little Love’, the two-minute ad is inspired by acts of kindness by the public during the pandemic, rather than simply giving presents.
“We believe that the world would be a better place if we all gave a little more love. So this year we’re celebrating kindness, whether large or small, showing how each and every act of love has a positive impact on the world around us, as we pass them on to others,” John Lewis said.
Over the past few years, John Lewis’ festive advert has become a big annual moment that starts off the Christmas season.
This year’s ad is being used to promote a Give a Little Love charity campaign which aims to raise £5m over Christmas to help 100,000 families through food redistribution.
