An easy way to get one of your five a day.
3 cloves of garlic
Melt butter in a pan with 3 cloves of garlic and put it in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the salt and pepper, breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Cut the cauliflower and dip it, first in butter and then in the breadcrumbs
Put the mixture on on baking paper in a dish and roast until golden.
