In this edition, Borg speaks to MeDirect’s Chief Business Officer, Charles Cini, who explained the adjustments that were made due to Covid-19, through more use of remote working for employees and digital channels (online banking and mobile app) for customers.
Cini moved to Mediterranean Bank in August 2010 to head the Corporate Banking Unit and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Mediterranean Corporate Bank following the acquisition and rebranding of Volksbank Malta in 2014. He is currently the Chief Business Officer for MeDirect Bank (Malta) plc covering the bank’s corporate and retail teams.
