The Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) has revoked the licence of A.P.C. Travel Bureau after it allegedly did not honour pre-paid bookings.
Both the MTA and the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) have received a number of complaints from customers. Following a number of warnings, an enforcement notice served on the 2nd August prohibits the agency to take new bookings and to honour existing ones.
Any complaints or concerns with regards to this company are to be addressed to the Office for Consumer affairs on firstname.lastname@example.org Freephone 8007 4400 or on 2395 2000.
Alternatively, one can make the complaint online on https://mccaa.org.mt/home/complaint or visit the MCCAA premises at Mizzi House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda between 8.00am and 12.30pm from Monday to Friday.
