Warning: Avoid swimming in Sirens, St Paul’s Bay

The Environmental Health Directorate has announced that following an overflow of sewage caused by an exploded drainage pipe, a ‘no swimming’ warning has been issued at Sirens in St Paul’s Bay.

In a statement, the directorate said that although the necessary works have been carried out as a precaution, bathing is not recommended in this area until results for sea water samples which were collected from the area are confirmed.
