Newsbook.com.mt visited Valletta to ask the people if they think Malta and Gozo will be hit by a 2nd wave of the coronavirus pandemic in view of the re-opening of the Malta International Airport as from today the 1st of July.
The re-opening of the airport was announced by Prime Minister Robert Abela in June.
Many explained that they think our country is not immune to the possibility of a 2nd wave of the pandemic.
Global coronavirus cases exceeded 10 million, marking a major milestone in the spread of the respiratory disease that has so far killed almost half a million people in seven months.
