Upon their arrival in the Jordan River, Archbishop Charles Scicluna renewed the baptism of all those who attended this pilgrimage and recalled how Jesus himself was baptised in this river.
In today’s vlog, the Archbishop spoke about the importance of baptism and the need to pray to God for this call to be taken more seriously.
He explained how in the Jordan River, the Lord took part of the sin to save all human beings. He also reminded there that the Holy Spirit appeared as a dove and that Jesus is our real savour in today’s modern world.
Archbishop Charles Scicluna is accompanied by 28 youngsters and are now preparing themselves to descend to Bethlehem, the town where Jesus was born.
