Three-digit cases as two more die of Covid-19

Government announced a new Covid-19 caseload of 106, as a few minutes before it had advised that two men have lost their battle with Covid-19. The men were 82 and 66 respectively. The 82 year old tested positive for coronavirus on the 26th October, having been in hospital already for a month. The 66 year-old tested positive a week before being admitted to Mater Dei.

Both men were in the ITU when they died.

The Covid-19 caseload currently stands at 1927 and the total number of deaths has reached 59.
