Two men arrested after boarding an airplane in a drunk state

Two men have been arrested after they boarded a flight in an inebriated state on Wednesday.

The two individuals have also appeared in front of Magistrate Ian Farrugia to answer to the accusations which included breach of public peace and disturbing the crew from performing their duties. The two 23-year-olds hail from the Great Britain and Ireland.

The two men were fined €1,500 each. Prosecution was led by Inspector Silvio Magro.
