Two people were found dead in separate incidents in Gozo. A spokesperson for the Police told Newsbook.com.mt that in both cases there was no sign of foul play.
Newsbook.com.mt is informed that a woman was found dead in a hotel in Xlendi on Tuesday, while a man was found dead at a residence in Ta’ Sannat.
The Police have confirmed the two incidents and that a magisterial inquiry was opened for both cases. Magistrate Paul Coppini is leading the inquiries.
The 75-year old British woman was found dead in a hotel in Triq ir-Rabat, Munxar. The 71-year-old German was found in a residence in Triq il-Kalati Ta’ Sannat, where he was certified dead on site. The Police was informed by the Gozo General Hospital at about 6.15pm about the second case.
