On Sunday morning, a man was given a suspended sentence after admitting that he caused damages to a private property in Valletta.
The Libyan Anees Badroush, was taken to Court on accusations of voluntarily damaging a vehicle and a commune residential block. He was also charged with disturbing public peace when he was drunk.
The man was given an 8 month suspended sentence for 15 months. He was also asked to pay for damages caused within 6 months.
