2 Pot Noodles Chicken & Mushroom
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Long French Beans
1 tbsp Grated ginger
2 x 125gr Sirloin Steak
- Begin by preparing the Pot Noddles as per packet instructions. While that is getting ready, prepare the sauce by combining together the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic & sesame oil.
2. Season the steak with sea salt and black pepper and fry on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side for ‘medium’ steak or according to your taste. When done, remove from the pan onto a plate.
3. Using the same frying pan, heat some olive oil and fry together the onions and long french beans for about 4 minutes. Then, add the noodles and the sauce, and combine together. Serve with the beef strips on top.
