Steak & Sesame Noodle Stir-Fry


2 Pot Noodles Chicken & Mushroom
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Long French Beans
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 Onions
2 x 125gr Sirloin Steak


  1. Begin by preparing the Pot Noddles as per packet instructions. While that is getting ready, prepare the sauce by combining together the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic & sesame oil.

2. Season the steak with sea salt and black pepper and fry on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side for ‘medium’ steak or according to your taste. When done, remove from the pan onto a plate.

3. Using the same frying pan, heat some olive oil and fry together the onions and long french beans for about 4 minutes. Then, add the noodles and the sauce, and combine together. Serve with the beef strips on top.
