- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the eggs and scramble them. Add the rest of butter and mix it with the eggs.
- Remove the pan from the heat, place the eggs into a bowl and stir in the cream. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Place the wrap in a pan and roast it on both sides.
- Transfer the wrap to a plate. Place the scrambled eggs in one part of the wrap, and the smoked salmon in the other.
- Fold the wrap. Decorate the meal with chives.
