Smoked salmon and scrambled egg wrap

Ingredients

4 Mission Wraps Multigrain
50g butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
chives
50g smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. Add the eggs and scramble them. Add the rest of butter and mix it with the eggs.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, place the eggs into a bowl and stir in the cream. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
  4. Place the wrap in a pan and roast it on both sides.
  5. Transfer the wrap to a plate. Place the scrambled eggs in one part of the wrap, and the smoked salmon in the other.
  6. Fold the wrap. Decorate the meal with chives.
