The Police are yet to confirm which direction was the car driven.
The Police confirmed that the car that caught fire a few minutes ago, has nothing to do with the vehicle used by the aggressors.
Videos from CCTV cameras are still being investigated by the Police which could determine the vehicle used by the aggressors.
The Police spokesperson appealed to the general public to come forward if they have any information on this murder or have seen anything yesterday evening.
In total there were 3 aggressors who are still at large.
The Police at this stage cannot exclude if the aggressors were Maltese or foreigners.
Inside the residence, CCTV cameras were found.
The victims do not known by the Police.
Things inside the house were also misplaced, confirmed the Police.
It was also stated that the police at this stage cannot confirm the motive behind this murder. The investigations are at preliminary stages.
The Police said that tomorrow an autopsy will be conducted.
The aggressors were seen leaving in a car which is yet to be identified.
At around 10:19 pm people were seen entering the house and left a few minutes after, at around 10:23 pm.
The Police spokesperson said that one of the victims Chris Pandolfino left the house at around 7 pm and returned at around 10 pm.
Dr Pandolfino used to be a medical practitioner in London who later started to work in the banking sector. He was an art collector. Maciejowski used to be a contemporary art dealer.
They were killed with at least six gunshots.
The victims were identified as Dr. Christian Pandolfino, aged 58, and Ivor Maciejowski, aged 30. The two persons were found dead on Tuesday night in their residence in Locker Street in Qui-Si-Sana area of Sliema.
The two male victims were confirmed dead on site.
The report was received at the Sliema police station.
Police spokespersons are addressing the crime conference now.
Shots were heard in Locker Street Sliema, in the area known as Qui Si Sana.
They were found on two separate floors.
A spokesperson for the Police has confirmed, late on Tuesday night that two men were shot dead in a private residence in Sliema.
The crime conference is expected to start at 2:30 pm.
