A Russian national was seriously injured after she was hit by a car in St. George Street, St. Julian’s. The accident took place at around 3.30am, when the 30-year-old Russian national was hit by a car driven by a 41-year-old Wied il-Għajn resident.
A Police spokesperson told Newsbook.com.mt that an ambulance was called and that the woman was suffering from serious injuries.
An inquiry, led by Magistrate Donatella Frendo Dimech was opened.
