Ruth Bader Ginsburg, US Supreme Court Justice, passes away

Bader Ginsburg was an iconic champion of women's rights.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who has died aged 87 of pancreatic cancer, was the second woman to sit on the supreme court of the United States. She served more than 27 years on the bench.

Chief Justice, John Roberts called her, “a tireless and resolute champion of justice.”
