Rotax Max Malta Challenge to be held at Ħal Far

The Rotax Max Malta Challenge is being organised on Sunday 29th November at La Reve Racetrack at Ħal Far.

Seven experienced and promising Maltese Karting Drivers shall be competing to win this challenge. The winner will secure his place to represent Malta at the biggest karting event in the world, the Rotax Max World Finals.   

The 2020 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals will take place in Portimão, Portugal, and have been postponed to January 23 to January 30, 2021.

“This unique global situation has forced us to reconsider the annual highlight of the Rotax karting calendar. As organizer of the biggest karting event in the world, our top priority is the health and safety of our drivers, their families, and all team members, as well as our employees and the local organising staff. We have therefore decided to postpone the RMC Grand Finals till January 2021,” explained Peter Oelsinger, General Manager, BRP-Rotax.

Rotax Max Malta Challenge is set to start at 09:00 and finishes with a presentation at 16:30 at the new La Reve Racetrack in Hal Far on Sunday the 29th of November. This event is being organized by Tonio Mizzi, local representative of the Rotax brand in Malta.
