Road partially collapses in Nadur

A road has partially collapsed in Nadur, Gozo.

Triq il-Madonna ta’ Fatima has partially collapsed after flooding caused the collapse of the wall bordering the said road.

Nadur’s mayor Edward Said posted photos on Facebook, saying that the collapse was due to the bad weather which hit the islands over the past few days.

In comments to Said explained that the Ministry for Gozo immediately took over and said that the road will be reconstructed.

He thanked the Minister for Gozo Justyne Caruana and the directorate for their immediate response.
