A repatriation flight from Rome is being organised for Monday 16 March by Air Malta.

Passengers will be repatriated from Rome to Malta while critical medical supplies will be transported.

Various countries have announced travel bans in the context of the current situation due to the novel coronavirus. The government has set up a number which Maltese nationals and residents can dial to confirm travel arrangements. The number is +356 22042200 or via email sitcen.mfea@gov.mt. The Maltese Embassy in Rome can also be contacted.
