Social distancing and isolation are proving as the best way how to not increase the transmission of coronavirus, said Prof. Gauci.
Until today, authorities have not discussed yet what the situation will be in Winter and during the Christmas period as they are following the developments on a daily basis and implementing measures on a short rather than the long term as the situation can vary in a matter of days.

More guidelines will be issued in the coming days.
Regarding sports activity, Prof. Gauci said that they worked very closely with Sport Malta.
