Watch: 14 new COVID-19 cases; Total of 227 positive patients

The Superintendent of Public Health Prof.Charmaine Gauci addressed a press briefing on the latest news regarding COVID-19 at Health Promotion & Disease Prevention Directorate.

Highlights from today’s press briefing;

  • Out of 656 swab tests in the past 24 hrs, 14 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed
  • Total cases: 227
  • All new cases were locally transmitted; 11 males and 3 females
  • A total of 10,358 swab tests were carried out

13:42 Prof. Gauci said that authorities are investing in a system to inform as soon as possible people whose swab tests were confirmed as negative.
