Try these lightly spicy Philadelphia bagels topped with roast beef and jalapenos. Lunch is sorted 👌
Preparation time: 12 minutes
150 g onions
20 ml vegetable oil
300 g green peppers
500 g Philadelphia garlic & herb spread
400 g roast beef
30 g jalapeños
1. Cut the onions into fine rings and fry until glassy in the oil. Cut the peppers into strips and fry them briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Halve the bagels, toast and brush both halves with Philadelphia.
3. Top the bottom half of the bagel with onions and peppers, decorate with roast beef. Chop the jalapeños and sprinkle them on the rest of the mix and season with salt and pepper. Put on the top halves of the bagel and serve.
