After months of objections against the Central Link Project, it seems that not all residents are against the it after all.
The Malta Automobile Club started a petition in favour of the Central Link Project. According to the club, this project will reduce the number of cars passing through the village core, hence reducing traffic.
Additionally, they believe that this project will reduce emissions by 13%, while halving the time one takes to drive through this road. Furthermore, the situation should be improved for both pedestrians and cyclists.
So far, this petition has been signed by 500 people.
