A person rescued from an overturned truck in Pietà earlier today, is suffering from slight injuries.
The incident took place at around 3PM on K Mifsud Street, close to Pieta Local Council Offices. The incident was confirmed by a police spokesperson earlier today.
The police and members of Civil Protection assisted with the rescue.
The person was transferred to Mater Dei Hospital following the incident.
