Crisis Resolution Malta is taking and international dimension as through their membership in the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) they are now launching an international campaign of suicide prevention in Maltese through a poster circulating on social media that says “iddedika minuta biex tibdel ħajjet xi ħadd”. (One minute of your time may change someone’s life).
Dr Mark Xuereb head of Crisis Resolution Malta and crisis consultant announced to Newsbook.com.mt how the 10th of September is the National Day for the prevention of suicide. The Crisis Resolution Malta contact number will become a national line and will be backed by the Government.
