Nonagenarian becomes 29th Covid-19 victim

A 90-year-old man has died after he tested positive to coronavirus, the health authorities announced on Friday morning.

The man had tested positive on 5 September. The man was admitted to Mater Dei Hospital on 7 September. He was transferred to St Thomas Hospital on 19 September. He was transferred once again to Mater Dei Hospital on 23 September.

The health authorities said that the man had underlying health conditions.

The ministry gave its condolences to their loved ones and urging the public to keep following the advice of the health authorities.
