No new Covid-19 cases for sixth straight day

Malta is reporting just four active cases of Covid-19 after a patient recovered overnight, while no new cases have been reported for six straight days.

Health authorities confirmed that no new cases were identified through the 985 swab tests carried out in the previous 24 hours. So far, 109,538 swab tests for Covid-19 have been carried out in Malta.

The total number of Covid-19 cases report in Malta thus remains 674. While 661 of these patients have made a recovery, the pandemic has claimed 9 lives in Malta.
