A man from Marsascala was not freed from arrest after pleading guilty to committing three hold-ups, holding persons against their will, being in possession of a knife and being a relapser.
These hold-ups were committed between the 16th and 27th of July.
The man has psychological and drug addiction problems. The court banned the publication of the accused’s name. The defence’s requests were accepted by court, and it ordered a temporary supervision order on the accused, who will be followed by professionals.
