Nadur Parish Church had to be closed on orders of the health authorities.
Parish priest Fr Jimmy Xerri confirmed with Newsbook.com.mt and said that disinfection is being carried out.
He could not confirm the individual tested positive to Covid-19, which mass attended.
He explained that the Church is being fumigated and should re-open at 2:30 pm for a funeral service.
While the church was closed mass was being held in the parish hall.
