The fourth Gozo Channel ferry between Malta and Gozo will start operating again in the coming days.
Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri announced that MV Nikolaos will start operating again, after the service was halted for two months due to the coronavirus outbreak in Malta. Minister Camilleri also announced that a programme of events is planned for Gozo between 1 July and September.
During the press conference, Camilleri spoke about the importance of having such activities to attract Maltese and tourists to the sister island. Gozo is heavily dependent on tourism. Camilleri said that one may enjoy Gozo’s cusine, its beaches, and the environment.
