This is a great simple recipe which makes a tasty starter and is perfect in the run-up to warmer weather.
1/2 an onion/shallot
3/4 garlic cloves
1 small cup dry white wine
1/2 fish cube
Salt and pepper
Fresh or canned tomato sauce
Sautee half a small onion\shallot and 3/4 cloves of garlic for few minutes. Add 1 small cup dry white wine, half a squeezed lemon, chopped parsley, half a fish cube, salt and pepper, fresh or canned tomato sauce and mussels cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
