Information about the project is very limited. According to the Planning Authority website, the project will be using a large stretch of agricultural land. The plans on the authority’s website show that the project will be in the area near Torri Mamo, a historical building run by Din l-Art Ħelwa, and will expand till the boathouses in St. Thomas bay.

The application was made on behalf of lawyer Dr Martin Testaferrata Moroni Viani and submitted by civil architect Brian Ebejer on 15 October. It was published on PA website only last week.

The application will be open for objections till 1 February. Assessment should be complete by 17 April the authority said.
