a 44-year-old man who was arrested after he was accused of injuring police officers when they tried to stop the fight between him and some people were preparing for the local feast, was granted provisional release.
At first, 44-year-old man was not granted bail after he confronted a group of men who damaged the front door of his house when they were using a forklift to attach feast decorations.
The man was arrested for five days after the accident.
The Court stated that the man was arrested after finding his wife and his daughter outside his home speaking with Police Officers and about 20 feast enthusiasts who were decorating the street.
He promptly began fighting and this led to his arrest.
