Partit Nazzjonalista MPs were seen entering the party headquarters on Sunday. Some 20 MPs requested party secretary general Francis Zammit Dimech and Opposition Whip Robert Cutajar to convene an urgent parliamentary group meeting on Sunday.
Kristy Debono, Kevin Cutajar, Beppe Fenech Adami, Ivan Bartolo, Ivan J. Bartolo, Therese Comodini Cachia, Jason Azzopardi, Chris Said, David Thake, Claudio Grech, Mario de Marco, Claudette Buttigieg, Ryan Callus, Karl Gouder, Stephen Spiteri, and Herman Schiavonne were seen entering after 5.30pm.
This newsroom is informed that MEPs Roberta Metsola and David Casa are also present for the meeting.

The request came after The Sunday Times of Malta revealed that party leader Adrian Delia kept in touch with Daphne Caruana Galizia murder suspect Yorgen Fenech via a WhatsApp chat last year after Fenech was revealed as the owner of a secret Dubai company 17 Black
Delia denied reports and attributed malicious intent to the sources of the story.
Delia claimed that the WhatsApp chat, reproduced on the Sunday Times of Malta, was a fabrication as he was being interviewed by PN local councillor Errol Cutajar on the party’s radio station NET FM on Sunday morning. The Times is also reporting that PN MPs are seeking an urgent parliamentary group meeting over the matter.
