Activists from Awturi and Occupy Justice have thanked Nationalist MP David Casa and Greek MEP Stelios Kouloglou for their testimony which helped keep Russian whistleblower Maria Efimova ‘safe’ in Greece.

According to Manuel Delia, they both worked in a professional manner and testified in Greek Courts against Maria Efimova’s extradition to Malta because of her safety.

The conference was held after this morning, the Greek Court of Appeal ruled against Efimova be extradited to Malta, with activists saying they are extremely satisfied with this decision.
