Archbishop Charles Scicluna joined Pope Francis in his prayers to help the people combat the coronavirus that has hit the whole world.

Archbishop Scicluna said that in our prayers we should ask God to stop this epidemic. Christian leaders around the world have also joined Pope Francis in his prayers.

Newsbook.com.mt broadcasted Pope Francis live in prayer at noon after he called on all Christians to join-in, as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pope Francis appealed to all Christians to unite together in prayer as the world faces this global pandemic, saying that he hopes “the universality of prayer, of compassion, of tenderness”, will help to unite everyone in this time of global distress.

Today, Wednesday 25th March is the feast of the Annunciation.
