On Thursday two new cases were confirmed and six more people have recovered, as announced by the Superintendent for Public Health Prof. Charmaine Gauci.

The new cases: 2 women. One of the cases was of a mother who took her daughter to get tested, The daughter's test came back negative and the mother's was positive.
