The KPMG Social and CSR Committee once again showed its determined support towards The Foodbank Community in Valletta and its ever-increasing need of supplies for families facing a financial crisis. KPMG employees were encouraged to keep such families in mind whilst grocery shopping during the festive season.
Various boxes were placed in the kitchenettes around the premises for contributions. Volunteers from The Foodbank Community had also indicated which items are the most needed, so as to ensure the best result possible from this initiative.
Tinned fish, meat, vegetables and fruit along with tea and coffee were staples that the Community was mostly asking for as they are not commonly donated.
