Recipes with almond butter are many, as it can be used for baking, as a spread and much more. It is very easy to make so, if you have children, they can help you make it too.
Put 1 cup roasted almonds (you can added a few hazelnuts as well) in a blender and blend for few seconds.
Stir in 2 tablespoons honey, 1 table spoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon salt.
Blend for about 5 to 7 minutes. If you want the result to end as ‘loose’ butter, just add more honey and coconut oil.
