Have you got what it takes to be a roaring voice?

After their sell out of success of 1950s based ‘Two Gentlemen of Verona’, Roaring Voices is embarking on the first ever production in Malta of Shakespeare's ‘The Two Noble Kinsmen’.

Speaking to Newsbook.com.mt, director Polly March said, “We want to attract young people, who either already  have an interest in Shakespeare, or who want to discover why Shakespeare still works so well, even after 400 years! We generally meet the Bard when we’re around 11 years old. And usually, we’re put off. Difficult language for a start. But there’s actually a lot to like about Shakespeare’s plays once you understand them.”

Ms March is looking for young people, between the ages of 16 and 24, to be part of this exciting, challenging ensemble.

Auditions for ‘The Two Noble Kinsmen’ will take place on the 12th and 13th October.

Rehearsals are on Tuesdays from 6.00 to 9.00 pm and Saturdays from 4.30 to 8.30 pm. Performances are at Teatru Salesjan in Sliema on the 29th February and then the 1st, 7th and 8th March 2020.
