Gafà draws out his claws for Bartolo

Neville Gafà, the OPM employee, sometimes ‘mystery diplomat’ closely associated with the medical visas scandal drew out his claws at Minister for Education Evarist Bartolo. The latter has been writing a morning post since the end of November when the revelations on the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia ended up with Prime Minister Joseph Muscat and Minister Konrad Mizzi having to quit his post and a major businessman ended up behind bars.

Gafà counter-posted that Bartolo should have resigned ages ago if he was disagreeing with the way things were being run. He said that Bartolo should go about his business and not ‘spew hatred’, adding that it is easy to see the fleck in other people’s eyes and not the mote in one’s own. Alleging that Bartolo falls short of doing his work, Gafà said that Bartolo should never have attacked the Prime Minister when the latter was abroad. Gafà added that Bartolo should look to his laurels before criticising the Prime Minister and former Chief of Staff Keith Schembri.
