Four elderly persons succumb to COVID-19

Four elderly persons have died of coronavirus, the Health Ministry announced in a statement on Monday.

To date, the pandemic has claimed 117 lives.

The four latest victims are aged 75-years-old, 71-years-old, 80-years-old and 94-years-old.

The victims contracted the virus on the 19th of November, 29th of October, 11th November and on the 16th of November, respectively.

Three of the victims died at Mater Dei Hospital and the eldest died Good Samaritan Long Term Care Facility.
