Yorgen Fenech’s constitutional case to remove Inspector Keith Arnaud from the investigations into the assassination of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia was expected to continue today but it has been deferred for the 16th of September.
During the last sitting the Constitutional Court gave murder suspect Yorgen Fenech’s legal team two more days to clarify who they would like to bring to testify in these proceedings.
