The deadline for new entries or personal details amendments in the forthcoming Electoral Register is the 30th of September 2019. This as the new Electoral Register will be published in October.
In a press release, the Electoral Commission is also informing the public that all applications made by Maltese nationals should reach:

Blata l-Bajda.
EU nationals have to apply at the:
Citizenship Department
Ground Floor
Evans Building
St Elmo Square
Valletta
or at the:
eResidence Card Unit
Ministry for Gozo
St Francis Square
Victoria
The Electoral Commission would also like to point out that iit is in the interest of the voters to verify that their personal particulars as shown in the April 2019 registers are correct. They should also verify that the house number or name, the street name and their Identity Card number are shown correctly.
Registered voters should notify the Electoral Office of any changes or corrections necessary. Those wishing to apply for registration as voters or for a change or correction of surname and/or address in the Electoral Register should do so when applying the same changes on their e-ID or e-Residence Card.
The member of the general public who wish to check if they are registered as voters may do so by visiting the Electoral Commission’s website, choose ‘Publications’ , then choose ‘Electoral Registers’ and then press the ‘Can I vote?’ button.
