€6,000 of bazaar income used for Mater Dei training

€5,786 were collected from bazaars in Mater Dei’s Reception Area, primarily to increase the number of training activities for hospital workers.

Minister for Health Chris Fearne explained that this money has been collected since October 2016 up until today.

He explained that the money was collected through activities involving the sale of Maltese artisanal  objects and where deposited in the Hospital’s account.

The aforementioned is Fearne’s reply to Nationalist MP Frederick Azzopardi’s question.
